This posting is for both Seasonal Full-Time status for the period of mid-April 2026 - October 2026. Duties range from answering simple questions to arranging for mechanical assistance, trouble shooting and getting our vehicles back on the road or to a nearby repair shop in a timely manner. Technical troubleshooting for rental RVs
Arranging on-road repairs for customers (by phone and email)
Assist in vehicle exchange procedures in case of breakdowns
Record keeping for all on-road repairs, maintenance and customer correspondence
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
Have secondary education and or related experience
Have customer service experience
Be able to read, write and speak English
French, German or Dutch language is considered an asset but not required
Possess excellent communication skills
RV industry experience and knowledge an asset but not required
General technical knowledge an asset
Be able to work well under pressure
Have problem solving skills
Be efficient
Have basic computer skills
Be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Work schedules are based on the OnRoad team’s operational schedule
Seasonal part-time or full-time possibilities
Western Canada based preferred
