- Develop and execute the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for the Specialty Health division in collaboration with the Product organization.
- Design, architect, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Specialty Health division.
- Partner with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Health Cloud, including patient management, scheduling, and care coordination functionalities.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team and Business Systems Analysts
- Stay current with Salesforce advancements, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities and features.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades.
- Support the design and implementation of patient support program features leveraging Salesforce capabilities ensuring McKesson remains best in class.
- Train and mentor end-users and IT staff on Salesforce best practices and usage.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the Salesforce architecture, processes, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including hands-on implementation and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Life Scienses, Field Service Lightning cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentic AI
- Experience with patient support programs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
- Knowledge in Salesforce development languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware (mulesoft), and other integration tools.
- Experience with OmniStudio Development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are a plus.
