- Support Advisors with financial transactions, client servicing, and operational workflows
- Prepare, review, and process insurance and investment documentation
- Perform calculations, data validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update client records across multiple systems and platforms
- Generate insurance quotes and assist with proposal preparation
- Coordinate internal processes related to client onboarding, policy changes, and service requests
- Use digital tools, automation, and AI to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist with internal reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Participate in structured training and mentorship, with the opportunity to pursue future certifications or licensing
- Background in finance, business, accounting, or banking
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Comfortable with transactional work
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Interested in long-term growth in financial services
- Open to future licensing
- Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently, without compromising quality.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Client-focused mindset with a positive and professional demeanor.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
- College or university education in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
