Reporting to the Manager IAM, Authentication and Authorization, you will be the AD lead and will work closely with the different business partners and the IAM team to guarantee security and integrate and evolve the AD identity provider.What you’ll accomplish here:
  • Produce, implement, and support enterprise-level designs for Active Directory as well as technical components for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, auditing, and monitoring solutions.
  • Have opportunities to innovate, extend and improve service delivery across existing access request and provisioning technologies.
  • Analyze root causes and problem management for the corporate identity management environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for application support, provide advice and guidance in resolving issues raised and complex production, application, or system problems.
  • Assist in the development of automation to improve operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of monitoring and orchestration tools for cybersecurity solutions. *
  • Provide 24/7 on-call operational support, as required.
  • Assist with high-level support during major incidents.
  • Provide training as required.
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to identify problems and recognize deviations from accepted practices and processes.
  • Experience working in large and complex IT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, intrusion detection, incident response, security policy creation, corporate security strategies and governance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Experience working with authentication services, user lifecycle and policy management.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016 or later versions.
  • Experience of Active Directory architecture and management.
  • Experience with VBScript or PowerShell for developing automation scripts.
  • In-depth knowledge of creating, administering, and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Good understanding of Azure AD, AD Connect and ADFS.
  • Basic to good knowledge of VMware, Azure and AWS administration.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Billinguism (French, english) (Strong asset): Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
