TalentWorld is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join one of top clients team in Toronto, ON.Our client is a luxury automotive company and as a BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in customer engagement strategy. As the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with the goal of generating sales opportunities.BDC Representative ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, schedule appointments, and follow up on previous interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide support to the sales team by preparing necessary documents and information.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointments scheduled, calls made, and lead conversions and repost on KPIs to the BDC Manager.BDC Representative QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or call center environment is highly desirable.
English speaking with intermediate Mandarin & Cantonese
Experience with CRM systems and other sales software is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous automotive experience is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Employment DetailsWork Type: 1 year contract
