This role involves securing new partnerships/initiatives by building relationships and collaborating with internal, external, governmental, international and academic partners for the implementation of the RB initiatives such as the Knowledge Mobilization initiative, curriculum development, and cross-departmental programming and recruitment initiatives. In addition, the incumbent of this position will work with senior leadership on implementing other revenue generating projects or initiatives. The incumbent will provide professional expertise to Faculty senior leadership and major projects stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities:Project ManagementPlan and manage all elements related to RB initiatives undertaken by the Faculty such as the Knowledge Mobilization and Curriculum Development Initiatives.Manage projects under the McGill International Institute of Education, conduct needs assessments and generate reports to evaluate project success and impact.Develop curriculum analyses and support the development of new programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and institutional goals.In collaboration with the Senior Advisor to the Dean, develop and lead Dean’s Office’s projects and implement monitoring mechanisms for tracking progress.Plan and manage projects/initiatives timelines, identify scheduling conflicts, and recommend corrective solutions.Prepare and consolidate information and submissions to produce and disseminate reports to stakeholders.Plan and manage meetings and working sessions with internal and external partners and may be required to supervise as chair when necessary.Manage large scale events associated with project initiatives activities for the Faculty.Analyze and track performance indicators, produce reports, for senior leadership and stakeholders.Develop and review grant proposal drafts, including budget, goals, objectives and evaluation plans.Develop and ensure compliance with external partners’ policies, grant guidelines, and funding requirements, ensuring proposals adhere to formatting, content, and submission standards.Communications & Partnership DevelopmentSecure and oversee partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.Provide professional expertise on the overall Faculty projects portfolio, processes and activities of the projects.Manage all communications and networking with stakeholders. Develop and review in collaboration with Marketing and Communications Officer content and promotional material for a variety of purposes and disseminate through several platforms (website, webinar, online newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)Represent the Dean’s Office in various activities, providing insights and recommendations.SupervisionDirectly supervise staff, develop and organize team building initiatives, manage schedules, etc.Lead the hiring process, onboarding and training of the staff.Verifies work and provides feedback regarding performance, as needed.Approves absences and vacation requests.Other Projects & Initiatives:Manages the Knowledge Mobilization Workshop Series, including curriculum analyses, program development, proposal review, scheduling, and logistics.Mentor facilitators and graduate students in curriculum development and workshop content creation.Provide professional expertise, advise, and guide faculty, students, and external partners as the primary liaison.
