- Daily maintenance and audit of the company’s in-house CRM system; providing up to date sales and customer information
- Coordinate and provide support in reviewing and preparing briefs for pursuits
- Assist with preparing capture plans
- Support with updates to the company’s sales pipeline
- Organize and coordinate various collateral and sales materials for the BD department
- Support and maintain the in-house sharepoint site
- Assist with proactive scanning of bid notifications and early procurement notices
- Maintain and coordinate updates to the company’s key client accounts
- Support with various client meetings and industry events in person or virtual
- Coordinate teaming due diligence requirements
- Provide assistance and due diligence support to the bid and contracts team
- Perform all other related tasks that will help the business development team,
- Provide active documentation assistance
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline is an asset although not mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset).
- Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- A keen interest in infrastructure projects
- Proficient with MS Suite of Tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
- Understanding of business A.I. Tools and other design software tools including InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
