- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools).
- Proficiency in relevant marketing and project management software; experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana is an asset.
- Ability to independently manage smaller engagements or collaborate on larger projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining continuous communication and providing regular progress updates.
- Proven ability to lead and organize teams with excellent delegation skills.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
- Proven track record in project management and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading client meetings.
- Background in vendor and budget management.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, project management course or training or similar is an asset.
- Previous experience as a marketing contractor, freelancer or working in an agency setting is highly preferred.
- Background working with small businesses ($1M to $8M in revenue), with smaller marketing budgets ($250k to $500k per year).
