Flex shift time 7:30 to 5 pm, 8-hour day

Manage reception: greet guests, answer phone and distribute mail
Coordinate office phones and cell phones
Coordinate the visa cards and fuel cards process
Assist with operations correspondence: meeting minutes, reports and forms
Maintain office cleaning contract and staff lounge supplies
Assist with invoicing or payroll as required
Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3 Years of office administration experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
Work independently and as part of a team
