- Support the business in the development and successful delivery of the marketing plan to meet targets.
- Measure results of all marketing initiatives and ensure yearly initiatives drives KPIs to meet plan
- Work closely with Analytics teams to identify data driven lifecycle opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Work with Internal and External creative partners to establish the creative strategy and be accountable for final review and approval of omni channel creative and messaging
- Lead the team on marketing initiative development ensuring campaigns are on-strategy and appropriate approvals are secured, uniting stakeholders around a unified visual brand, marketing and communication presence
- Represent Marketing in key Partner communication forums and meetings, providing thought leadership, sharing results and securing alignment on recommendations. Proactively bring forward opportunities to strengthen our relationships and build competitive advantage.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the portfolio, engaging with business and analytics to create timely dashboards and reports.
- Identify opportunities across Retail Financing portfolio to leverage learnings and create synergies for the benefit of both.
- 7+ years of marketing, people management and financing expertise
- Experience working with strategic partners and supporting a shared delivery of program success
- Ability to propose solutions to complex and unique challenges and execute to completion
- Extensive experience in leading the sizing of new business opportunities, assessing customer impacts, and making strategic recommendations
- Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating in an agile/sprint environment
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new ideas and be able to communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to drive business insights
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
- Proven ability to effectively work with team members, business users and technical staff
- Presentation skills required with abilities to successfully influence and drive direction to accomplish department goals

- Expected base salary range is $90 000.00 - $125 000.00 per year, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
