An established financial services organization is seeking a NOC Operations Analyst to provide senior-level support for its global network infrastructure. This role will lead shift operations within the Network Operations Support group, ensuring high availability, strong incident management, and effective collaboration across global teams. The environment spans LAN, MAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, load balancer, and optical network solutions—requiring both deep technical skills and leadership presence.The position involves leading a team through complex operational issues, escalating promptly when necessary, and ensuring smooth shift handovers with comprehensive documentation. You will also engage in incident calls, manage vendor escalations, and drive improvements through automation, process optimization, and mentoring of team members. This is a high-visibility role that combines technical authority with hands-on operational leadership.
