Contract Type: Project-based (Full-Time)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Controls System engineering team, providing technical and project leadership across multi-disciplinary members.Develop and manage Program Estimate at Completion (EAC) and resource plans.Maintain accurate forecasts in the MAT tool in coordination with PP&C and PMO.Build and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and deploy Earned Value Management (EVM).Prioritize and assign engineering tasks, ensuring timely project completion within budget and schedule constraints.Develop, implement, and monitor project metrics to ensure accurate status reporting and proactive corrective actions.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure program success.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and remote teams.Support project scope changes, manage impacts, and flow down updates to teams.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Software, Systems Design, or related engineering discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of aerospace engineering experience, with 3 to 5+ years of project engineering leadership in development programs.
- Experience in DO-178B/C, DO-254, ARP4754 environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance (must already be eligible).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Broad technical knowledge of program management, aircraft systems, and certification processes.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
