Completes job tasks in various design software platforms in accordance with printing standards and makes necessary adjustments to all types of files to prepare them for print production.Essential Job FunctionsThe following duties are normal for this position. - Pre‐flights artwork files according to customer brand objectives and makes necessary adjustments to prepare them for print production
- Reviews pending production orders to align customer requirements including print specifications, special requirements and/or work instructions with manufacturing capabilities
- Creates and/or manipulates artwork files and communicates changes with key stakeholders
- Serves as technical resource to help troubleshoot in‐process orders
- Coordinates customer on‐press approval
- Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications
- Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
- Ability to blend and color match ink
- Ability to take direction, work with supervision, and work well within a team
- Ability to work within Windows or Mac based design software platforms
- Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
- Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location
- Occasional travel required
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
