You'll be the operational backbone for a growing property management and real estate business, handling the essential administrative, financial, and marketing tasks that keep everything running smoothly. This role offers variety and growth potential while making a direct impact on client satisfaction and business efficiency. You'll work closely with an experienced property manager and real estate agent, gaining valuable industry exposure while developing your skills across multiple business areas.ResponsibilitiesHandle administrative tasks including documentation, forms management, and client scheduling coordinationManage procurement activities by obtaining vendor quotes and coordinating maintenance requestsPerform basic bookkeeping using Google Sheets to categorize expenses and reconcile receiptsCalculate charge-backs to landlords and tenants using spreadsheet formulasCreate engaging social media content using Canva templates with custom text and imageryPost content to Instagram and Facebook to maintain consistent business social media presenceNavigate Buildium property management platform for client management and data entryCoordinate with institutional support teams when technical assistance is neededMaintain accurate client records and ensure professional communication standardsRequirements
- Strong proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word
- Tech-savvy with solid computer competency and modern software familiarity
- Dual screen or widescreen monitor setup for efficient multitasking
- Social media experience and comfort with content creation platforms like Canva
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially with client names and data accuracy
- Basic math skills for financial calculations and spreadsheet formulas
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Bonus if you have property management or real estate industry experience
