An established landscape construction company in St. Mary’s with more than 30 years in the industry is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Technician to join the team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and have hands-on experience in landscape and hardscape construction, this role could be a great fit.As a Landscape & Hardscape/Construction Worker, you’ll contribute to a wide range of construction and installation projects. The work is physical, detailed, and rewarding—perfect for someone who enjoys building durable, beautiful outdoor spacesPay Rate: $25–$30 per hourHours: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm or 6pmKey Responsibilities
  • Participating in construction of walkways, patios, and retaining walls
  • Planting large-grade trees, shrubs, and perennials
  • Installing site furnishings such as benches, bike racks, and outdoor furniture
  • Laying sod, grading, and preparing sites
  • Operating landscaping equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, backhoes, and tractors
  • Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
  • Transporting materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and dollies
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality throughout each project
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience
  • Minimum 2 years of equipment operation experience
  • Ability to commute to St. Mary’s
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • AR or valid G License
  • Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
