- Base salary in the range of $55,0000 to $63,000 + commission on retention and new business targets

- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients seeking personal insurance coverage
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable policies (auto, home, tenant, condo, etc.)
- Generate and present competitive quotes by comparing multiple insurance carriers
- Convert leads into sales by effectively explaining coverage options and closing policies
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to maximize coverage and revenue
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with RIBO regulations
- RIBO License
- 2 years' experience selling to personal lines clients in a brokerage setting
- Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Systems would be ideal
- Previous history in successfully meeting or surpassing new business/retention targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
