- Lead end-to-end ERP system integration, including project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and design integration solutions.
- Oversee data migration, testing, deployment, and system maintenance, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and support system users.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and system documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage relationships to maximize solution effectiveness.
- Proactively communicate project progress and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing ERP integration projects within a mid- to large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proven technical expertise with leading ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar solutions).
- Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working with data migration, API integrations, and business process optimization.
