At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.Director, PMO - PMS ModernizationThis role will serve as the PMO lead for the PMS Modernization program, owning the program governance model, critical path, and overall management of program delivery across workstreams. In addition, this role will drive cross-workstream dependency management and sequencing, maintain executive-ready reporting across key forums, and lead coordination with the program vendor across workstreams.This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Guest, Service & Enterprise Platforms Transformation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall PMS Modernization governance, decision-making model, project timeline, critical path, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Drive accountability across workstreams to ensure the program executes as planned, collecting status updates, risks, and issues from workstream and functional leads, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactively surface trade-offs, risks, and impacts to the relevant forums and stakeholders to enable effective program management and decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain standardized governance artifacts (RAID log, decision log, action tracker) and ensure clear ownership, dates, and escalation paths.
  • Establish the foundational workstream structure and operating model (governance forums, operating cadence, templates, RAID/decision tracking, and cross-functional coordination routines) to support workstream and functional leads in delivery.
  • Run cross-workstream operating cadences (status reviews, dependency working sessions, design/roadmap checkpoints) and drive accountability to commitments.
  • Build and maintain central program reporting (dashboards, status narratives, milestone views, timelines) that clearly communicates progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Prepare materials and recommendations for key governance forums and meetings.
  • Support coordination with the program vendor to align plans, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution across workstreams.
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of PMO experience leading large-scale technology or enterprise system migrations, ideally within the hospitality industry. Experience with PMS Migrations preferred.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Technology and Commercial teams.
  • Exceptional program management, governance, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain a highly structured, disciplined approach to program execution and reporting.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
