As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Finance modules, while demonstrating strong ownership of assigned workstreams and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, supporting delivery across design, build, test, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Finance solutions while producing high-quality deliverables.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, applying best practices to improve finance processes and system usage.
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Support testing activities (SIT, UAT) and assist with issue triage and resolution.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or dependencies within assigned workstreams and escalate appropriately.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities related to finance modules.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (technical, data, integrations, testing) to deliver integrated end‑to‑end solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance delivery quality.
- Has 5–7 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, with strong exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Proven experience in leading Oracle Cloud Financial Modules implementation and delivering process improvement or transformation projects.
- Has hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, including at least one full‑cycle implementation.
- Is an Oracle Certified Cloud Financials Implementor
- Demonstrates solid functional knowledge across AP, AR, GL, CM, and FA.
- Possesses strong finance and accounting process knowledge.
- Is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Is willing to travel as required for client engagements.
- Experience with additional Oracle Cloud Financials modules or extensions.
- Exposure to large or global Oracle Cloud ERP programs.
- Knowledge of industry‑specific finance and accounting requirements.
- Experience working in Agile or structured project delivery environments.
