This is a full-time regular position in which the primary job responsibility is to work with Account Managers to assist with a high volume Commercial Auto Clients.Responsibilities:During Initial Training Period:Assisting Account Managers with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accountsAssist with maintenance of fleet accountsProviding a high-level of service to both internal and external clientsOnce Ready to Service / Manage Accounts:Provide highest level of service to Commercial Auto Insurance clientsManage and maintain fleet accountsAssist producer with all aspects of servicing commercial auto accountsContact clients for renewal informationReview and assist with composition of insurance coverage’s and extensionsAssess coverage’s and limits, recommendation of optional coverageProvide policy and coverage information and interpretation to producers/clients upon request or inquiryUpdate client information as changes occurOngoing Team Responsibilities:Participate in high volume workflow projectsContact clients for incoming new business leadsSetting up new accountsFace-to-face deliveries / road running may be requiredMaintain & grow technical knowledge, check Extranet daily for changesOther duties and responsibilities as assignedSkills, Characteristics & QualificationsLevel 2 General Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain within six months3+ years Auto Insurance experienceICBC mandatoryExperience with Garage, Fleet, Prorate preferredExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)EPIC, Policy Works, Certificate Exchange & Lincq experience is an assetIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTyping speed of at least 55 wpmWhere This Can Take YouWe invest in our employees!
