Ready to lead high-profile security operations?We're hiring an Account Director to oversee complex, multi-site security operations for one of our clients in the Technology Sector, located in Downtown, Toronto. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the highest safety standards, and delivering exceptional client service.You will be the primary liaison between our operations team and senior client leadership - leading strategic meetings, presenting key performance updates, and ensuring security programs align with client objectives. This position requires a unique blend of executive presence, operational expertise, and hands-on leadership.What's in it for youCompetitive salary + comprehensive benefitsAdvanced training and certification opportunitiesCareer growth in a global security organizationFull-time leadership role with both strategic and operational scopeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage security operations programs across multiple high-profile corporate locationsAct as the senior point of contact for the client - liaising with executives, hosting regular meetings, and presenting operational updatesDirect executive protection operations for leadership teams and large-scale events (including conferences exceeding 100,000 attendees)Oversee facility access control, including badging programs, audits, and policy enforcementMonitor and respond to security system alerts, threats, and incidentsConduct regular audits of all security, safety, and medical readiness systems (door/panic alarms, AEDs, medical kits, cameras)Support crisis coordination, including evacuations, lockdowns, and recovery operationsManage patrol operations, incident response, and de-escalation proceduresLiaise with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or high-profile eventsOversee case management, investigations, and policy documentationCompile and present security metrics in Quarterly Business ReviewsQualifications & ExperienceValid provincial Security Guard Licence and WSIB-approved First Aid/CPR certification (required)Must have 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site security operations, corporate security, or account managementPrevious experience in law enforcement, military, or executive/close protection (preferred)Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, lead high-level meetings, and present findings in a clear, professional mannerTrack record of managing large teams and delivering complex security programs on time and within budgetSkilled in incident command systems (ICS), active threat response, and behavioral threat recognitionStrong written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writingProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and security monitoring/case management platformsAbility to work with discretion and professionalism in high-profile, high-pressure environmentsSSTORGardaWorld: Make the world a safer placeGardaWorld, a global leader in security, offers exciting career opportunities in an evolving industry.
