- Manage vendor onboarding and supplier risk management processes
- Plan project roadmap and coordination
- Develop and maintain in partnership with operations, comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Assist in managing executive reporting requirements, providing accurate and timely reports on Innovation program and project statuses.
- Champion strong program governance and execution assurance processes, integrating project plans at a program level
- Remove impediments to deliver outcomes and results through initiative-taking management of external dependencies, critical thinking/problem solving, and development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges.
Must haves
- Undergraduate degree coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience in project delivery management, strategic planning, business analysis, and project management experience in large, complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with AI tools, and SharePoint, JIRA/Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage high visible projects with third party vendors and significant technology components.
- Prior scrum master experience as asset
- Experience as a BA/BSA
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenging situations, in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with computer science, engineering, or architecture disciplines
- Knowledge of current emerging technology trends in finance, quantum computing, DLT, Agentic AI, open-banking
