
SAP Business Analyst

You will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical SAP teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement system enhancements that align with industry best practices.
What You will do:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP-related initiatives in operations.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements across SAP modules (MM, WM, PP).
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to uncover key pain points and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams on solution design, system configuration, integration, and testing.
- Support project delivery, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing existing workflows and recommending SAP enhancements.
- 5-10 years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years focused on SAP operations (S/4HANA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules: MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), PP (Production Planning)
- Strong ability to document use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery, including configuration and integration support
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SAP-specific systems
- Comfortable working in Agile or Waterfall environments
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods industries
- Work on a high-visibility transformation project
