- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products, services, and solutions. You'll match clients with the right products and escalate complex needs to senior team members.
- Drive Sales with Purpose: Guide retail personal and business clients toward the best savings, investment, and lending products for their short-term and long-term goals, including registered and non-registered investments, credit cards, and less complex lending options.
- Connect and Collaborate: Utilize your exceptional networking skills to identify referral opportunities within ATB, ensuring clients access our full suite of services and the right expertise.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Deepen client connections by understanding our experience standards and offering tailored, personalized advice.
- Embrace Diversity and Community: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and self-awareness, considering the varied needs and backgrounds of our clients. You'll also invest in community involvement and represent ATB in the market.
- Champion Digital Innovation: Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use, staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Act with Integrity: Take ownership of risk and compliance management, adhering to regulatory requirements and protecting client information from potential threats.
- Ensure Data Security: Safeguard client information and uphold data privacy and security standards.
- 2-4 years of experience creating remarkable client experiences and developing strong relationships.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the retail banking industry or a smiliar field.
- Experience with lending products (loans, credit cards, etc.) is considered an asset.
- An unwavering passion for sales and relationship building and management.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or relevant work experience.
