- Oversee daily maintenance and operations of support office spaces, managing internal and external partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-brand delivery within budget.
- Ensure reliable and continuous operation of electricity, gas, water, and sewer services across all support offices through proactive coordination with providers and partners.
- Manage recurring and preventative maintenance programs to uphold cleanliness, functionality, and asset longevity while meeting operational and aesthetic standards.
- Lead swift response and resolution of maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments.
- Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance while tracking budgets to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency.
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications required to perform in the role
