Responsibilities

Patrol assigned sites and monitor for safety and security risks
Control access points and verify identification
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service calls
Enforce site rules and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and assistance
Write clear and accurate incident and shift reports
Liaise with supervisors, clients, and emergency services

Qualifications

Valid BC Security Licence
Valid Basic First Aid is an asset
BC Class 5 driver's license
Reliable transportation (site-dependent)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Previous security or customer service experience
Experience with patrols, access control, and CCTV systems
