This is a full-time, permanent position.As the Director of Financial Services, you will:
Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the Insurance and Investment Division
Lead the division's team in setting and achieving growth targets, profitability goals, and operational benchmarks
Oversee the development, pricing, and distribution of insurance and investment products
Build and maintain relationships with key shareholders, advisors, industry partners, regulators, and major clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Drive innovation in product development and service delivery to maintain competitive advantage
Optimize operational processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer experience
Manage divisional P&L with full accountability for financial performance
Represent the division in corporate executive meetings and Board of Directors presentations
Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top performers
Day to day management of office team of 3 plus advisor network.

This team is responsible for developing tailored financial plans, guidance, and strategies for Canadian farm and small business owners.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with:
8+ years of progressive experience in insurance and/or investment management industries
Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility
Deep understanding of insurance products, investment vehicles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
Experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple functions
Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
Industry certifications (e.g., CLU, ChFC, CFA, CFP) beneficial
