About the jobReporting directly to the Manager, Operations, this position will be responsible for all aspects of the vault operations of the branch. The Vault acts as a distribution centre, in which all incoming and outgoing parcels, coin orders/deposits, air courier deliveries/pick-ups are documented and maintained under strict security and operating procedures. The successful incumbent must be available to work flexible shifts.QualificationsAs a member of the Inside Operations team, you will:

Oversee the daily activities of the vault operations
Prepare runs – truck assignments, liability dispersal & item check-out
Receive and ship parcels
Maintain audit trail for all incoming/outgoing shipments
Balance vault contents
Ensuring receipts for all shipments and all vault documents are accurate and meet time sensitive delivery deadlines
Data entry assistance when required
Vault openings & closings - ensuring procedures are adhered to
Storing coin and balancing vault sheets
Promote a positive work environment, with focus on employee relations and diversity
Ensure Productivity Standards for Customer Service Response Times & Cash in Transit are continually met
Ensure procedures and processes are performed in accordance with the GSR
PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required.
