- Lead and support process definition, validation, and fit to standard workshops with A transmission/distribution utility business owners, ensuring alignment to utility industry leading practices.
- Act as the primary business process SME for Enterprise Asset Management across the SAP S/4HANA program, covering the end to end asset lifecycle (plan to commission, and operate to decommission)
- Provide deep business process expertise across SAP EAM related capabilities, including: Managing asset and resource strategy planning, Managing asset information, Managing major capital work, Managing Asset Risk and Performance , Managing Asset Decommissioning, Managing Capital Work and Maintenance work.
- Translate business requirements into clear process designs and functional requirements, ensuring traceability through design, build, and test phases.
- Provide thought leadership and point of view in relation to best practices within the utility sector for the above mentioned processes.
