1. COTS Products (5)
Previous hands-on technical experience that involves administration, modelling and governance, production support, development and integration, performance tuning and solutions design with the following COTS products:

Siebel CRM (including OpenUI design)
Oracle Customer Hub (MDM, B2C, B2B, Data Steward)
Oracle Policy Automation and Modelling
Oracle DBMS

2. Cloud Services / Cloud Integration (40)
Experience with Azure Cloud services, and integration of cross-platform systems between Azure cloud and on-prem solutions (including hybrid cloud), including the following:

RESTful API (J2EE) and Service Registry
Spring Boot
Azure API Management
Azure App Gateway
Azure App Service Plans
Azure SQL Server
Azure Data Lake
Azure Data Factory
Azure Resource Manager

Architectural Experience - 35%

Ability to evaluate risk mitigation strategies and architecting cloud-based solutions for high-sensitivity data assets
Ability to evaluate different cloud-based resources/assets to develop interoperability solutions/integrations within a hybrid cloud environment
Experience with doing design options analysis in collaborative fashion with all key stakeholders, including: Business Areas, Development/Operations teams
Design experience employing API-centric / MicroServices approach
Agile architectural governance experience in support of projects delivering via Agile methodologies

Communication/Project Management Skills - 5%

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation including facilitation of agile sessions while managing partnership with external vendors and system integrators
Ability to lead and translate communications with different stakeholders and management teams
Proven experience in managing relationships with Corporate Security / Architecture, Privacy Office, Business Areas, IT Operations, Development teams, External Delivery Partners

OPS Experience - 15%

Experience working in accordance with policies and procedures of Ontario Public Service

Must Have:

Experience in designing and implementing Azure identity, governance, monitoring, data storage, security, networking, and integration solutions
Experience in solution design using Azure services, including (but not limited to): Azure VMs, Azure databases, storage accounts, Network security groups, Azure data lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics.
Implementation and design experience with integrating Azure services to different partner systems such as Mid-tier/Mainframe using array of protocols such as REST/SOAP API for Web Services
Minimum of 15 years of working experience with industry standard databases that involves database design and modelling, PL/SQL development, system performance tuning, and database administration
Experience with Azure Cloud services, and integration of cross-platform systems between Azure cloud and on-prem solutions (including hybrid cloud), including the following:

RESTful API (J2EE) and Service Registry
Spring Boot
Azure API Management
Azure App Gateway
Azure App Service Plans
