- Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed and accessible for field crews.
- Offer general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Draft and manage email correspondence to maintain clear communication channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain filing systems effectively.
- Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate calendars efficiently.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
