This role exists to bridge engineering, construction, and operations through disciplined digital project management and Maximo governance, shaping how assets are handed over, managed, and sustained across the enterprise.Apply today! #joinourteamWhat You Will Do:Provide support to the Projects organization on the creation, management, validation, and turnover of asset and location data to Maximo throughout the project lifecycle.Enable integration between digital project management platforms and Maximo to support progressive asset data maturity and successful turnover to Operations.Assist with asset data completeness, quality, and alignment with Business Unit operating needs.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve governance documentation related to Maximo and digital project management tools.Develop and provide knowledge‑sharing sessions and learning events.Enable effective management of change by supporting system enhancements and process changes.Facilitate alignment between Project delivery teams and Business Units to support safe handovers, operational readiness, and long‑term asset maintainability.Who You Are:A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a closely related field is preferred; however, equivalent combinations of post-secondary education, diplomas, and relevant experience will also be considered.A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience supporting capital projects with asset data management, digital project delivery, or enterprise asset management systems (such as Maximo) is required.Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles and the transition from engineering through construction, commissioning, and operations is essential.At least 3 years' experience developing and maintaining governance documentation, procedures, standards, and training materials is necessary.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and to exert influence without direct authority.Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required.Working Conditions:Approximately 90% Office Environment-vs-10 % in a field, home office or operating facility and outside operations in all types of weather.Air travel within Canada and US, occasional local travel driving rental vehicle (10-20%).Often multiple competing priorities.The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration.The noise level in the work environment may be above 90 dBA.Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.Salary:Ranges from $96,000 – $140,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.Benefits:A flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disabilityA paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life eventValuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment optionPaid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidaysAn Employee and Family Assistance ProgramA Wellness Program, which focuses on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.Enbridge’s FlexWork (hybrid work model) offers eligible employees (Manager and below) the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, opt for a compressed work week schedule, and have flexible start and end times.
