Work arrangement: (Hybrid) 2 days – Flexible.

Business group: Regulatory Data Governance (Details about what they do within the bank)
– Leads the development and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s Data Management Training Program.
– Supports the execution and communication of the Data Risk Management Standard across business domains.
– Contributes to the development, communication, and implementation of the Data Management Playbook.
– Partners with stakeholders and Chief Data Office teams to drive consistent adoption of data management and governance practices.
– Acts as a data governance subject matter expert, providing guidance and enablement across the organization.Project/initiatives details:
– Develops and maintains enterprise data management training content aligned to approved standards and playbooks.
– Partners with Global Learning to support content production, QA, and deployment.
– Ensures ongoing accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training through updates and performance measurement.Candidate Value Proposition:
Typical Day in Role:
– Review data management standards, playbooks, and related materials.
– Attend meetings, one-on-ones, and working sessions.
– Develop and update data management training content, coordinating with Global Learning for production.
– Perform QA, maintain training materials, and track completion and feedback.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 8+ years of experience
– Training design and development experience
– Data Management and Data Governance experience
– Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Spanish language
– MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word proficiency
– Ability to exercise good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Soft Skills Required:
