- Project: The PLM (Problem Loan Management) project is a strategic initiative to replace legacy systems for credit loss and default calculations, aiming to standardize data, automate workflows, and enhance reporting for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. It focuses on scalability, bilingual support, and improved user experience through streamlined processes.
- The team requires a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to lead user experience design across complex workflow-driven modules while also supporting business analysis and testing activities to ensure alignment between requirements, design, and delivered functionality.
- Lead UX research activities including stakeholder interviews, persona creation, and workflow analysis.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design responsive and accessible UI components aligned with enterprise design standards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements, define user stories, and ensure clarity of acceptance criteria.
- Assist in documenting functional specifications and validating alignment between UX design and business needs.
- Support gap analysis between legacy workflows and target-state experience.
- Participate in Integration System Testing (IST), QA testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop UX-focused test scenarios and validate implemented UI against design specifications and requirements.
- Assist in defect triage and provide design clarifications during testing cycles.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) compliance and usability standards are followed.
- Work closely with Developers (React/Java teams), QA analysts, and Project Managers in Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to reusable design components and scalable UX frameworks.
- Maintain design documentation, UX standards, and component libraries.
- The successful candidate will have an opportunity to support a large-scale, high-visibility modernization initiative within a regulated banking environment.
- This role provides exposure to enterprise application design, cross-functional collaboration with business, development, and QA teams, and the opportunity to shape user experience standards across a strategic platform.
- 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI design within enterprise or financial services environments.
- Proven experience designing enterprise workflow-driven applications with understanding of enterprise design systems
- Strong expertise in Figma or equivalent prototyping/design tools
- Experience conducting usability testing and research and supporting QA/UAT cycles
- Experience collaborating with developers using React-based front-end frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Exposure to credit/risk or loan management platforms
- Experience in regulatory or risk-based systems
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred

- Post-secondary education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field
- Strong UI/UX Designer with deep experience leveraging Figma within enterprise environments, including management of shared design systems version control, cross team collaboration and delivery of development ready specification. Ability to translate business requirements into UX deliverables.
- 1-2 rounds Technical Panel Interviews – MS Teams and in Person – with HM and team members – 45 minutes
