Corel Corporation View all jobs
- Ottawa, ON
- Permanent
- Full-time
- Own the infrastructure, DevOps, and end-user services functions across Corel's hybrid environment — managing the transition from shared legacy systems to standalone architecture while keeping production operations running without disruption.
- Lead the separation and stand-up of core platforms during TSA exit: AWS cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 tenant migration, Entra ID / Azure AD identity separation, and net-new implementations of NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) alongside systems integrator partners.
- Manage and mature the integration and data platform layer — Workato for application integration, Astronomer for orchestration, Snowflake for analytics infrastructure, and Hightouch for reverse ETL — ensuring reliable data flows across newly standalone systems.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards for the standalone environment: networking, cloud architecture, identity and access management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery — building for scale rather than patching for today.
- Run the end-user services function — endpoint management, helpdesk operations, onboarding provisioning, and M365 productivity tooling — ensuring every employee has what they need to do their job from Day 1 of standalone operations and beyond.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Corporate Development and the integration management office to track TSA exit milestones, manage dependency waterfalls across IT workstreams, and escalate critical-path risks before they become blockers.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers, DevOps specialists, and end-user support professionals — setting clear priorities across carve-out execution and steady-state reliability simultaneously.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a director or senior manager role leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Direct experience with IT separation, carve-out, or large-scale migration — you have stood up standalone infrastructure from a shared environment and understand TSA exit sequencing, dependency mapping, and Day 1 readiness planning.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure — networking, compute, storage, IAM, and security architecture in a production environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID / Azure AD tenant configuration, and identity lifecycle management — including tenant separation or migration experience.
- Experience overseeing ERP and CRM implementations (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred) — you may not configure them yourself, but you understand the infrastructure, integration, and data dependencies and can hold an SI accountable.
- Working knowledge of modern integration and data stack tooling — Workato, Astronomer, Snowflake, and or equivalent platforms — and how they interconnect across ERP, CRM, and analytics layers.
- Experience with AI specifically in process automation and deployment of agents & agentic workflows
- A track record of managing end-user services operations — helpdesk, endpoint management, onboarding provisioning, and SLA-driven support — with a focus on employee productivity and service reliability.
- Strong vendor and SI management skills — you can evaluate SOWs, hold partners to milestones, and make build-vs-buy decisions grounded in cost, timeline, and risk.
- Clear communication skills with comfort presenting infrastructure status, risk, and investment recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in a PE-backed or growth-stage software company where you built infrastructure with lean resources and tight timelines.
- Experience building teams from 0 to 1; from job scoping all the way to steady state operations
- Experience in carveout standup and / or mergers & acquisition integration planning
