Your RoleReporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll:
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Accurately take customer orders and serve beverages and snacks efficiently.
  • Recommend drinks based on guest preferences using suggestive selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Verify guest identification when necessary to ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and presentation of the bar menu.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area, including attractive product displays.

  • Exceptional customer service skills!
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Food Handling Certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
