- Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labor intensive capacity
- Climb safely into small vessels and tanks with industrial cleaning equipment - our experienced crew has your back
- Ensure safety for all team members and property
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Learn new skills every day by rigging in and out specialty equipment
- Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports and safety documents
- Challenge your eye for detail, practice what we preach. Take your time, get the job done right the first time and safely every time
- Provide guidance to Laborers as required
- Valid Class 1 or 3 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required
- Driving is in your nature, a manual transmission is a breeze (10, 13 speed, doesn't matter you will pass CEDA's driver assessment with flying colours)
- Experience operating vacuum trucks, high pressure water equipment and various specialty tools is an asset
- Experience in an industrial environment is an asset
- Willingness to get your SCOT (Safety Construction Orientation Training) certification
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Very comfortable with manual transmissions
- Safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
- Perform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)
- Enjoy working outdoors the majority of the time in varied weather conditions
