Detailer – Full-Time (Whitefish, Ontario)$20–$22/hour | Hands-On Work | Training + On-the-Water PerksLegend Boats is hiring!We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team in Whitefish, Ontario. If you enjoy hands-on work, taking pride in a flawless finish, and being around boats, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-driven environment.This is a full-time Fixed-Term contract role with strong potential for future opportunities.What You’ll Do
  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning, washing, and waxing of aluminum, deck, and pontoon boats.
  • Prepare boats for customer delivery, ensuring a showroom-ready, spotless finish.
  • Clean and detail trailers, including wheel and chrome polishing.
  • Apply protective coatings, polishes, and sealants to hulls and decks.
  • Conduct final quality checks for cleanliness before staging for shipment.
  • Assist the service team with cleaning and detailing during seasonal services and winterizations.
  • Help with setup and teardown of local and regional boat shows, ensuring display units are spotless.
  • Work closely with service and production teams to meet delivery goals.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all tasks.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
What You BringMust-have:
  • Experience using cleaning equipment, buffers, and detailing chemicals.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet most of the day.
Nice to have:
  • Previous detailing experience (marine, automotive, or RV).
  • Boating knowledge or interest in the marine industry.
You are someone who:
  • Enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work.
  • Is motivated, reliable, and a self-starter.
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship.

Compensation & Perks
