- Responsible for Clarion Advantage Bundle Program monitoring and monthly reporting
- Produce and analyze various financial reports
- Support Inventory Reporting and analysis for Sales & Operations Planning Monthly Meetings
- Reconcile intercompany transactions, obtain support from HR and AP and generate bill in GP
- Participate in Forecasting and Annual Budgeting
- Generate sales history report and reconcile payments as needed
- Review unused or unapplied credits and make recommendations on clearing account
- Monitor and analyze consignment inventory and work directly with sales to support changes in consignment
- Monitor service tech inventory location and ensure items are returned within 90 days
- Work with Sr. Inventory Analyst on various initiatives and inventory trouble shooting
- Become a subject matter expert for ERP systems to drive efficiency and enhanced reporting
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- CPA designation or pursuing designation
- Entry level with 1-3 years of experience
- Comfortable working with Sales, Marketing, Operations Department Leads
- Experience working in a small to mid-size organization
- Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliation
- Experience analyzing sales/costs/gross margin and expenses vs budget
- Experience with budgeting and annual audit requirements
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to operate and deliver under pressure of deadlines
- Good team player – work collaboratively and effectively as a team member
- Knowledge of Great Plains would be an asset
