As an active member of the Product Testing, Validation and Verification team, you will work with the Product Development, Validation and Go-to-market teams. You will participate in the definition, execution and implementation of test strategies for our electric propulsion systems for the electric vehicles of tomorrow.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour mandate: revolutionize the world of transportation, while:
- Being responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of a product validation to meet the customers’ schedule
- Participating in the definition of a product test strategy
- Taking part in product impact and legacy analysis following the implementation of changes
- Supporting the lab scheduler to maximize lab efficiency
- Ensuring delivery of inputs required for validation
- Maintaining and updating DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Reports)
- Participating in the improvement of the laboratory performance processes and tools
- Any other related tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or electronic engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Rigorous and respectful of deadlines
- Ability to document your work
- Experience in project management
- Experience in product validation (asset)
- Knowledge of the “V” Validation process (asset)
- Knowledge of programming language (asset)
- OIQ member (asset)
- Curious and autonomous
- Bilingualism, French and English
