Hours: 37.5 hours/weekPay: T4 $42/hr / IC: $48/hrRESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for direct marketing campaigns through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
- Translate marketing strategies and campaign objectives into actionable technical implementation plans.
- Conduct data analysis, campaign audits, and gap assessments to support campaign execution and optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including campaign specifications, data requirements, and process flows.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
- Support campaign testing and validation by reviewing outputs, identifying issues, and coordinating remediation efforts.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and status updates for stakeholders including Campaign Production Managers, Leads Managers, and business partners.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards.
- Manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in campaign management, database marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Proven experience delivering initiatives in at least one of the following areas:
- Campaign Management: Direct-to-consumer campaigns, customer segmentation, and lead generation.
- Marketing Analytics: Campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Database Marketing: Customer data extraction, transformation, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, data workflows, and marketing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, campaign tools, and reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Unica Campaign, or similar campaign management and data tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms and enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience with process improvement and automation of recurring campaigns.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to marketing data.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
