**DESCRIPTION****HP Region Representative – Greater Calgary****Part-Time Contract | 20 Hours per Week****Contract Term:** May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 (Renewable)**Pay:** $25/hour + $300/month car allowance + $50/month phone allowance_Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a Sales/Merchandising and Experiential Marketing agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business._We are currently seeking a **Region Representative for the Greater Calgary area** to support a global technology client across major retail partners.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, technology, building relationships in retail environments, and helping store teams confidently recommend technology products.**RESPONSIBILITIES****Retail Relationship Management**+ Build and maintain relationships with store leadership, sales associates, and department teams+ Act as the primary contact between the brand and retail partners in your territory+ Conduct regular store visits to maintain strong engagement and visibility+ Support retail staff with product knowledge and selling confidence+ Organize account visits to cover all designated stores within territory & ensure appropriate time splits across accounts and product categories**Training & Product Advocacy**+ Deliver informal and scheduled training sessions for retail associates, including in regional events+ Develop in-store product advocates by helping staff understand key product features and benefits+ Maintain 100% completion on training courses provided**Demo Day Program**+ Assist Demo Day (assisted sales) program with communication to stores within their territory+ Assist Demo Day program with supplemental training and evaluation of Demo Day representatives+ Demo Day Program support as required**Retail Execution & Merchandising**+ Ensure displays, signage, and product placement meet brand standards+ Merchandising set up and maintenance as required+ Support product launches and promotional initiatives+ Identify opportunities to improve visibility and customer engagement in store**Consumer Engagement**+ Assist with in-store demonstrations and promotional events+ Provide product education directly to consumers when appropriate**Event Execution**+ Plan, execute and report on local market events and trade shows+ Plan and participate in pilot projects+ Provide ROI information**Reporting & Insights**+ Submit visit reports and activity summaries through Mosaic reporting systems+ Provide feedback on store conditions, competitive activity, and opportunities in the market**Territory Coverage**This role supports retail partners across the **Greater Calgary area** including, but not limited to:+ Best Buy+ Staples+ CostcoRepresentatives typically complete **3 - 5 store visits per day** , covering approximately **25 unique retail locations in a monthly cycle** .**QUALIFICATIONS****What We're Looking For**+ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills+ Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule+ Interest in technology products and consumer electronics+ Strong organization and time management skills+ Comfortable delivering informal training and presentations+ Previous retail, merchandising, or field marketing experience preferred+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**Requirements**+ Valid driver’s license and exclusive access to a reliable vehicle+ Willingness to travel within the Greater Calgary territory+ Availability for occasional weekend retail events+ Ability to work approximately **20 hours per week****ABOUT US**Mosaic is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.As a leading North American integrated marketing agency, Mosaic specializes in everything from experiential marketing, commerce + retail media and field marketing, to design and production.
