
Front Desk Agent

- Maintains a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest encounters and responds appropriately to guest complaints.
- Ensures the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance are “picture-perfect” for optimal first impressions.
- Answers phones and welcomes guests in a prompt and courteous manner with adhere to Westin/Marriott Brand standards.
- Keeps track of arrivals, departures, and in-house daily activities and organizes VIP amenities where appropriate.
- Efficiently book guest reservations requested by phone, in person, or online.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and communicate with other departments in a professional manner.
- Processes check-ins, and check-outs, registers transactions, and provides information on hotel services and room location.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a full service or select service hotel is an asset.
- Knowledge of Lightspeed PMS is an asset.
- Proficient in English.
- Tech-savvy.
