CIAM Security Engineering – Customer authentication for the bank.The Technical Analyst will support Identity and Access Management initiatives through technical analysis, requirements documentation, and cross functional collaboration. The role operates within the Engineering delivery stack and works closely with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams, while also partnering with Product stakeholders and external clients.
The position requires a strong foundation in software engineering concepts, combined with the ability to effectively translate between technical and non technical audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to design discussions, validate requirements, and support delivery decisions by communicating clearly, navigating differing perspectives, and driving alignment in a collaborative and professional manner.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience with a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals sufficient to evaluate design decisions and reason through system behavior.
- Strong technical writing skills, including requirements documentation, decision summaries, and meeting artifacts.
- Exposure to Identity and Access Management concepts such as OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for intake, workflow, or service management processes.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket.
- Exposure to large scale enterprise delivery environments or regulated project settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and supporting engineering workflows.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, adapting language and level of detail as appropriate.
- Solution oriented, collaborative approach focused on progressing discussions toward workable outcomes.
- Comfortable leading conversations and contributing actively in technical and delivery discussions.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to bring the right stakeholders together to resolve design or delivery questions.
- Organized, proactive, and able to anticipate questions and downstream impacts on delivery.

Able to navigate and lead discussions to keep initiatives moving forward, remove blockers, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
Translates complex information into simple, understandable language tailored to the audience — whether they are business stakeholders or technical teams.
Any relevant experience in an IT focused role is great, including internships or co op terms.Education & Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 1 round – 1hr – video call – Hiring manager – and team lead– filler interview, get to know, and relevant experience.
