Looking to make a meaningful difference in the Toronto arts scene and beyond? Working collaboratively with the General Director, the Board of Directors, the Director of External Relations, as well as other staff and volunteers, the Manager of Development is responsible for designing and implementing Koffler Arts individual, corporate and foundation fundraising strategies, as well as managing overall donor data services and stewardship.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conceiving and implementing a clear strategy for developing corporate, foundation, and private donations
Working hand-in-hand with senior management and Board on the annual campaign and other project-specific fundraising campaigns throughout the year
Data gathering and management for all donors, including working with accounting to effectively manage cash flow, tax documentation and other key financial matters related to donor contributions
Stewardship of major donors, individual, corporate and foundations
Coordination with the grant-writing activities for government and foundation support and maintaining reporting requirements for grants
Maintaining clear calendar, database, CRM and budgets regarding all aspects of development and fundraising including strategic metrics and analysis
