This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to be home every night through the winter and maybe beyond.The schedule is 5 days on 2 days off. The shift may include extended hours and weekends, as required by the project. This position does not have camp accommodations or travel allowance.As a Carpenter Apprentice, your responsibilities are as below but not limited to:
Assisting with concrete formwork, stripping formwork, chipping of concrete
General site cleanup and housekeeping
Assist with other duties as required
Inform immediate supervisor of abnormalities or defects and/or takes appropriate measures
Follow written and verbal instructions from foreperson, leadhand or journeyperson.
Minimum Requirements:
CSTS 2020
WHIMIS
Fall Protection is an asset
Provincial Apprenticeship trade ticket and/or proof of hours
Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry
