We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across Peterborough/Lindsay Region.Role SummaryPSWs provide essential personal care and support to WSIB clients recovering from workplace injury or illness. Care is delivered under the direction of nursing and rehabilitation professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
- Support safe transfers and positioning
- Follow care plans and report changes in condition
- Document care accurately
- PSW certificate or equivalent
- Experience in community or complex care preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong professionalism and communication skills
- $21–$25/hour, based on experience and acuity
