- Provide accurate, organised, and efficient administrative support to team members
- Research and validate information, process mail, and perform various administrative tasks
- Utilise software programs and tools effectively to prepare documents and reports
- Manage expectations and concerns through clear verbal and written communication
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external partners at both the regional and national levels
- Support operational efficiency by tracking data, sorting correspondence, and assisting with administrative projects
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Adapt proactively to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve speed, accuracy, and overall customer experience
- Document and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring tasks are completed within established SLAs and KPIs
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to navigate spreadsheets and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow effectively
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work onsite five days a week from 9 am to 5 pm
- Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing sensitive information discreetly
- Typing speed of 40-60 WPM
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to frequent role changes
