-Proven experience in negotiation, with a track record of achieving beneficial outcomes
-Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through effective inventory control, forecasting, and KPI management
-Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Finance leadership to align strategy and achieve company-wide goals
-Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency
-Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
-To identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome challenges and obstaclesIdeal candidates will possess the following:
-Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management, preferably in the agricultural, truck or construction equipment industry.
-Exemplary leadership abilities and experience leading multi-site teams with measurable business results
-Proficiency with dealer management systems (IntelliDealer would be ideal); strong data analysis and problem- solving skills
-An ability to develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts revenue
