- Carry out daily correspondence with vendors
- Act as the point of contact between all parties involved in the design, sales, manufacturing, approval and shipping process for various clothing styles and items
- Ensure that all order information is accurate (fabrics, sizes, etc.)
- Receive, sort, organize and ship clothing samples
- Monitor the status of all styles and follow up with the appropriate buyers/sellers/internal departments
- Identify and resolve any situations in relation to orders
- Prepare comprehensive weekly summaries
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the fashion industry working in imports
- Basic knowledge of clothing styles, fabrics and patterns fabrics and patterns
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in a fashion-related field (fashion design, production, etc.) is an asset
- 37.5 hour work weeks
